The module everyone has been
waiting for is finally here! Limo
Anywhere Local
is a new module that allows all Limo Anywhere users
to keep local backup of reservations in the event of local or remote internet
connection failures or server inaccessibility. |
Here is how it
works...
- We will install a very small software
application on your local computer that will connect to your "live"
(online) Limo Anywhere database and download trip information for the
current date and the following two days.
- The data is then parsed and imported
into a local database stored on your hard drive.
- You can view the imported data in a
grid-like application that will allow you to see all vital information
about your daily reservations necessary to operate your business.
- You can store notes in each
reservation. These notes can be used to track changes made to the
reservation and when the "live" database/system becomes available make
adjustments to the "live" reservation.
- The system can be setup to
automatically download reservation data every 30 minutes.
- Extremely easy to configure and use!
- New updates will be released over the
next six months that will allow for real time synchronization with the
server. This will eliminate the need for manual updates of the "live"
data.

| This application can also be very
useful if you carry a laptop with you but don't have a broadband
wireless connection at all times. Limo Anywhere Local will allow you to
store your entire daily schedule on your laptop and keep notes on every
reservation until you get connected again. |
